In this role, I am responsible for a range of HR functions, including:• Offering guidance and support to all staff members and partnering with managers to assess their staffing needs and ensure their teams receive adequate learning and development support.• Collaborating with managers across all levels of the organisation to provide guidance and advice on employee relations issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, absenteeism, workplace investigations, and others.• Administering HR functions, systems, and policies and updating them as needed to comply with regulations and best practices.• Promoting a positive employee relations environment through advice and support to managers on resolving ER issues and investigating disciplinary and grievance procedures as required.• Managing the full recruitment cycle and selection process, including crafting job descriptions and conducting competency-based interviews.• Ensuring that new hires had a smooth onboarding experience, including presenting the Induction Programme and issuing new starter packs and employment contracts. • Designing and promoting HR initiatives that prioritise employee welfare and promote positive industrial and employee relations.• Encouraging and promoting skill-building among employees by organising training sessions, finding qualified trainers, and keeping track of the training.• Maintaining accurate HR files and records and compiling and interpreting statistical data using HRMS software to provide reports on HR activity. • Supervising an HR Administrator and Receptionist to ensure smooth HR administrative and front desk operations.• Providing comprehensive onboarding training for new HR staff.• Serving as the Disability Liaison Officer.
