From a very young age, I have been deeply fascinated by the realm of technology. I vividly recall my first day in the Electrical Technology class in high school, where I was captivated by the intricate workings of logic gates. Each class ignited my passion further, leading me to pursue electrical engineering at the tertiary level.My academic journey in Electrical Engineering has seen me specialize in both Process Instrumentation Engineering and Telecommunication Instrumentation Engineering. Presently, I am a proud member of the Sintrex team, a renowned software company. Over the years, I have amassed extensive experience in the IT sector, contributing significantly to both the Services and Development Departments. My dedication and skill have been recognized with three promotions.One of my notable experiences includes working as a NOC operator at one of our major clients, Standard Bank. During this tenure, I engaged with various Operations Managers, presenting comprehensive analyses of their network infrastructure using our proprietary tools. These analyses were meticulously crafted using Excel spreadsheets and Power BI. Additionally, I authored a manual on integrating a Telegram bot with our Internal tool, facilitating alert notifications to the messaging app, and designed a sophisticated server monitoring system for the company.My technical expertise spans across Linux systems, including Redhat/CentOS and Ubuntu, along with a solid understanding of subnets, virtualization (VMware Workstation and Proxmox), Cisco technologies, Jira, and Test Automation with JavaScript.Currently, as a part-time student at CodeSpace, I am further refining my skills in Software Development.
