These Operations are divided into the following lines: Broadband and Business Networks Operation, Transmission, Tramitation and Support Operation, Services Authentication Operation, OSS Projects Operation and Specialized Consulting OSS Operation. My team consisted in 32 professionals, including: 05 Project Managers, 09 Project Coordinators, 15 Consultants / Business Analyst in Process / Requirements and 03 Project Support (PMO).Managing Projects in 04 units (Goiânia-GO, Salvador-BA, Campinas-SP and São Paulo-SP), with more than 200 technical professionals involved in the deliveries.Responsible for Economic Forecasts and real results for each Operation, Strategies for continuity of business, New business opportunities, costs control and Profits. Managing the budget around R$. 50,000,000.00 p.a.

I was responsible for the Project Team, Processes and Requirements for Projects regarding to Operation Support Systems (OSS).I created all workflows outset request until its delivery, including the elaboration of standard documentation used in the projects and all process the management cicle of life the projects.My Team consisted of 25 multidisciplinary professionals (Analysts, Coordinators, Engineers and Trainnes), working in Projects targeted in Best Practices (PMI, BPMN, UML, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).Managed the Portfolio Projects, his dependecies and Concurrences, risks, assumptions and restrictions, generating the status report and Executive Dashboard time to time.Also, I was responsible for all monitorings and economic control of the projects, included prospect, negociatiting a new projects and negotiating budgetary, always using best pratices and optimum resources in execution of each project management.

I Created all workflows from Project Management, Project Specifications and Requirements specifications , including implementation of standards documentations, Client Relationship Management.
