CurrentEnsuring a high level of software quality by enforcing standards and best practices under the QA CoE across all Envestnet ecosystem (all platforms and lines of business including, but not limited to UMP, Folio, D&A, Tamarac and ERS. QA Staffing- Manage and optimally allocate 300+ QA employees across all scrum teams and lines of business to support testing activities for the delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancements, defects and other priorities- Motivate QA team, recognize and elevate talented staff, promote a positive and collaborative working environment- Define attainable career paths and succession plans for QA staff- Provide QA Leaders and ownership across all functional areas- Provide vendor oversight for testing activities/resourcesQA Processes & CoE- Implement and enforce standardized, consistent QA processes and QA best practices for robust testing across all platforms- QA Processes include Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Case Automation, Test Case Execution, Bug Reporting & Validity of (defects vs. gaps), Monitoring of QA Activities, QA& UAT Data Refreshes, QA Test Data Generation, QA Status Reporting, Key QA Metrics Gathering, QA Certification & Client EngagementQA Tools & Technology- Identifying, evaluating and implementing appropriate testing tools to gain QA efficiencies for UI, functional, automation, performance and load testing and documentation/QA artifacts- Standardizing QA Tools and Repositories across all platforms
