I am also passionate about building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.In my current role within FleishmanHillard’s True Global Intelligence practice, I advise clients on their pr/comms/marketing efforts – specifically around Research, Analytics, and Measurement.Most recently, I spent time at Resonate – a MarTech startup – learning firsthand how the world of marketing research is being disrupted via on-demand insights and direct media activation.Before Resonate, I led the Research, Analytics, and Measurement practice at Zeno Group (a midsize PR/Marketing Agency) – where I grew our business eight-fold by building strong internal processes around project management, operations, financial reporting, and introducing additional products, services, and vendor partnerships to the practice. As part of our tremendous growth, I also directly recruited, mentored, and lead several research analysts.Prior to Zeno Group, I spent 9+ years as a management consultant supporting Fortune 100 organizations in the areas of: marketing strategy, business transformation, business process improvement, product development, and software management. I hold an MBA with concentrations in Economics, Strategic Management, and Marketing Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business – along with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.On a lighter note, I am also an Emmy Award winner! I was a part of a team that won a Technology & Engineering Emmy Award for supporting Warner Brothers with a breakthrough video content management and servicing platform.
