Although "beanTech" was already dealing with projects in the Cloud, in January 2023, after my promotion to "Cloud Architect", within the "Integration & Services" Business Unit the "Cloud Adoption" division was established, for which I was appointed as a Team Leader.The purpose of the division is to support end customers (and other Business Units) in the "Delivery" of Cloud projects; specifically, I am in charge of:- Assessment and Governance activities, aimed at the optimization of Costs and Processes in the Cloud.- Infrastructure Assessment of "OnPremises" Infrastructures aimed at "Lift & Shift" or "ReArchitect" in the Cloud- Design & Development of Cloud architectures- Infrastructure support to other Business Units while delivering Cloud Projects inherent to Data Analytics, IoT and Software Development.- Technical presence during Presales, supporting the Sales TeamAs a Team Leader, on the other hand, my duties are:- Main contact reference for the Division, engaged by the BU Manager for issues that requires my intervention- Reference for technical issues within the Team- Reference for technical validation of Cloud Solutions- Technical coordination of projects
