I have been responsible for strategy, creative development & production for clients including Nissan, Toyota, Blockbuster, General Motors, Minute Maid, HGTV, IKEA, Bekins Moving & Storage, just to name a few. I have had the pleasure of directing talent like Tiger Woods, Carmen Elektra, James Earl Jones, Jeff Bridges, & the animators of The Rug Rats cartoon series. I not only manage teams, I am an active art director, designer, copywriter, photographer & videographer. I have been on the new business pitch team for every company I have worked for - winning many multi-year contracts worth millions of dollars. I have recruited national design talent & successfully built award-winning teams. I consistently lead communication & presentation efforts with client-side C-level executives, facilitating strong effective strategy & prioritized client’s goals. I have developed strong incentive-based working environments & lead my teams to achieve monthly goals of maximinzing production processes, continued learning, increasing profits, & proactive new creative ideas. My passion lies in figuring out how strategy and innovation marry exceptional creative. I have led a Monthly Innovation Learning Class for the last decade; leading my teams to institute many new programs and processes, including staying on top of ever-changing social media & digital marketing field and new neuromarketing research.
