This can include simonising audio and video recordings, or missing translator streams, to enable complete recordings to be provided to clients in an expedited timeframe to maintain good customer relations. Geographical differences in video technology require me to use investigative skills to enable the recovery of the recording to be integrated to our systems Managing clients’ expectations for timescales of repairs to maintain client relations and ensure they are kept up to date with progress of repairs Safe handling and disposing of highly confidential and sensitive client material to ensure the strictest data protection To act as mentor and offer training and support to new team members as they join the company to assist in them gaining the necessary skills and knowledge for their role
