Funny as it may seem, these words are at the core of my belief and have guided my journey in design, education, and user experience. Then, one may wonder what architecture, and early childhood education user experience design, have in common- it’s simply putting the user at the center of it all!From creating spatial environments as an architect, to skillfully organizing a knowledge-based curriculum as an educator, I have lived and breathed human-centered design. As a people person, understanding the needs and goals of my users through research is paramount to me. This empathy has guided me through architectural design development and inclusive curriculum planning. It is no wonder that I find the UX design process so fascinating!At Knowable, my role as a UX Designer and Researcher has been central to transforming complex user needs into clear, intuitive software solutions. Leveraging a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, I've contributed to the end-to-end migration of analytical dashboards and the development of wireframes and prototypes that resonate with our enterprise clients. Our 3-member teams' success has been rooted in a strong foundation of user interviews, generative research, and collaborative design sprints.
