- Business and Operational Lead for HPHC Sales on projects as decision maker- Proactively plan and implement long term technology/business process strategy for Sales- Identify and document opportunities for business process improvements to the Sales environment and make decisions regarding the necessity/priority of enhancements- Implement, improve, and monitor processes including training, sales automation, databases, and online tools- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting of key metrics to Sales and Sales leadership- Establish positive working relationships with other HPHC departments (e.g. Member Services, IT, Enrollment, Billing, Finance) to ensure understanding of processes and inter-dependencies- Lead SSAE 16 Audit monitoring activities, documenting changes to processes related to audit rules

- Subject Matter Expert for HPHC Sales- Advocate on behalf of Sales and Customer Service in planning and executing corporate initiatives- Document and refine business requirements- Serve as liaison between business and IT translating requirements into technical approach- Hold regular check-in meetings and demonstrations with business stakeholders- Develop test plans and manage teams performing User Acceptance Testing- Compose reference documentation and provide training sessions for Sales users- Specialization in Affordable Care Act mandates and the implication to business processes

- Supervise a team of software testers - Perform management tasks including staff allocation, hiring, and performance reviews- Oversee test planning and execution of iterative test cycles- Provide Quality Assurance presentations to external customers- Negotiate contracts with third party vendors for automated test tools
