• Lead weekly Yoga All Levels classes, incorporating options for all practitioners’ skill level from beginning to advanced• Teach students correct and safe posture to enhance maximum benefit, skills, and wellbeing • Provide guided meditation and increase students in-depth understanding of yoga breathing techniques• I offer one-on-one private or small group yoga Vinyasa and fitness classes.

• Assist in the development of NASTAD’s Cooperative Agreement with the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) to establish the online Center for Engaging Black MSM across the Care Continuum (CEBACC). The two websites can be found at: www.hishealth.org & www.wellversed.org• Run and manage the His Health Instagram page (IG:hishealth)• Assist and co-manage the development of the health education curriculum resource for collaborative use with the video series, Real Authentic Words (The RAW), a series discussing psychological, racial, and social issues of the Black MSM experience• Research, assess, review and disseminate efficacious local, state level and national interventions designed to engender improved care outcomes for HIV positive Black MSM.• Support and coordinate management of NASTAD’s national partner organizations (i.e. the National Association of Community Health Centers; HIVMA - HIV Medicine Association; ANAC - Association of Nurses in AIDS Care; AAHIVM - American Association of HIV Medicine) tasked with accrediting and disseminating culturally competent continuing education (CME/CNU) coursework to HIV care providers, practitioners, doctors, and nurses. • Conduct literature reviews to assess current/emerging peer reviewed and conceptual care models and catalog search results. • Develop presentations, talking points, graphics and PowerPoints outlining findings for care models, literature reviews, program development and other CEBACC deliverables.• Develop survey tools to assess HIV and general health care provider workforce’s ability to providing culturally competent care for Black MSM patients.• Facilitate focus groups to assess patient engagement strategies and CME access trends among HIV and comprehensive care providers and Black MSM patients.• Conduct quantitative analysis of pertinent data assessing HIV care outcomes for black MSM; complete qualitative analysis for narrative findings of focus groups and key informant interviews.

• Conducted recruitment, screening, and one-on-one Audio Computer Assisted Self Interview (ACASI) interviews with participants.• Completed urine toxicology tests and conduct rapid OraQuick© HIV testing. • Coded research articles and conduct literature reviews. • Managed data on-site and submit abstracts, analyze data, and write systematic literature reviews for dissemination.
