- Assisting UN Women in conducting comprehensive evaluations of its projects to assess the impact and effectiveness in achieving its key outcomes. - Outlying the lessons learned and programmatic insights that will refine UN Women's approaches to integrating gender perspectives into program development and policy formulation and contribute to valuable insights to UN Women's knowledge management efforts.- Provide specific recommendations for prioritizing interventions in future project phases, which identifies areas requiring ongoing support, successful interventions for capitalization, and strategies to maximize impact. Thus improving project management practices and enhancing the engagement of key stakeholders.

- Programme Management: coordinate programs and provide policy support on Gender, Environment, and Climate Change; support women in implementing effective strategies, enhancing economic and social empowerment, and contributing to sustainable development and social equity.- Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation: ensuring systematic and efficient monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes and impact - Resource Mobilization and Reporting: showcasing program achievements, challenges, and impact, fostering transparency and accountability.- Capacity Building
