Work with a variety of constituents in leadership development, fundraising, event planning, awards and honors, supervise interns, endowment campaigns.

The position of Director, Mission Outreach and Development, was eliminated in March 2009. I was fortunate that the Federation decided to keep me on staff. My new role consists of volunteer management, donor soliciation and development, leadership development and event management.

This position was created in order to continue the relationships that are formed during a mission. The goal was to keep mission participants engaged and involved in the activities of the Federation. Created a Mission plan under the guidance of a committee. Implemented a new campaign mission for women.

Led the annual campaign for the Michigan Region, executed events and worked closely with the staff to further the mission of the ADL.

Coordinating Marketing, Public Relations, Annual Campaign, Endowment and other fundraising tasks as needed. Was part of the Operational Management Team of the school.

Was promoted to senior campaign associate, based on exemplary work ethic and performance.
