Passionate about STEM education and creative solutions for engaging learners, I directed the Programs team at Giant Campus in designing nationwide recreational camp experiences that foster interest in technology for kids ages 6-17.Program Design and Development: Built program incorporating concepts of leadership, collaboration and communication throughout IT programs such as game design, flash animation and C++ programming. Collaborated with IT team to create online parent portal incorporating Web 2.0 elements.Staff Recruitment, Training and Supervision: Remotely hired directors in 45 locations. Coordinated intensive training. Provided onsite supervision of local team and created field support system to provide added field staff support.Cross-team Collaboration: Worked with operations, IT, customer service, sales and marketing teams to create progress plans and share expectations, ensuring smooth camp operations and satisfied customers.
