Founded in 1977 and grounded in the underlying research of AAI, Pet Partners is the gold standard in therapy animal visitation and is widely credited with expanding the field of AAI.

Responsible for driving mission-centric programmatic elements for the Therapy Animal Program with an eye towards sustainability and customer service.• Responsible for the entire life cycle of all training related products include print, online and video.• Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to programs. • Collaborates with national advisory groups in the areas of curriculum and research/medical advisory; fosters ongoing relationships and facilitating input through appropriate feedback loops.• Works collaboratively to continue to improve the overall constituent experience through targeted and efficient use of technology.

Passionate about STEM education and creative solutions for engaging learners, I directed the Programs team at Giant Campus in designing nationwide recreational camp experiences that foster interest in technology for kids ages 6-17.Program Design and Development: Built program incorporating concepts of leadership, collaboration and communication throughout IT programs such as game design, flash animation and C++ programming. Collaborated with IT team to create online parent portal incorporating Web 2.0 elements.Staff Recruitment, Training and Supervision: Remotely hired directors in 45 locations. Coordinated intensive training. Provided onsite supervision of local team and created field support system to provide added field staff support.Cross-team Collaboration: Worked with operations, IT, customer service, sales and marketing teams to create progress plans and share expectations, ensuring smooth camp operations and satisfied customers.

Taught courses in physics, science and algebra to Italian and international high school and middle school students. Acted as assistant director for spring musical. Acomplishments:• Created and coached Theatre Sports after school program, an improvisational drama troupe; taught improv techniques and arranged performances• Acknowledged by school administrators for achieving high pass rates by algebra students• Launched literature and creative writing elements within science coursework by teaching from 2001: A Space Odyssey
