• As the Interim Director of HLW’s South East Campus (second largest program of The Home), reopened frozen intake, received licensing approval, increased reputation of program leading to increased census, and reorganized.
• Designed and Developed New Direct Care Training Series, including 24 hours of original curriculum.
• Sit on the Presidents Quality Council (assesses organizations adherence to mission and strategic plan), Safety Committee (provides quality program review function for agency, as well as policy design), and Incident.
• Implemented Kanban Project Management System for managing WL&D projects and deadlines.
• Published in Child Care in Practice - Moving from Pathology to Possibility: Integrating Strengths-based Interventions in Child Welfare Provision.

• Oversaw the consultation services, client training, and intern program for HLW. Worked with Director of WL&D and agency leadership to design, develop and implement trainings to support the health growth and development.
• Provided three extensive consultations in programs struggling to meet their clients’ needs. All three programs returned to normal functioning at the end of consultation.
• Grew intern program from 35 students a year, to over 110 students a year. Diversified the school and degree programs represented from 7 schools to over 35 schools.
• Designed and delivered curriculum for training 650 current staff, as well as ongoing staff training, in Evidence Based Practice techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Data Driven.
• Lead trainer and system subject matter expert for Electronic Health Record. Designed and delivered training for 650 current employees and ongoing training for new employees.

Brighton, MA

The Collaborative provides intensive clinical services to 50 clients of The Department of Mental Health. Services include individual, family, and group therapy for children, young adults and their families. Clinical focus is on clients who present with trauma histories, often involved with multiple state agencies (DCF, DYS, CHINS, etc.), and complex.

• Managed the HLW’s training programs. Facilitated the New Employee Training and Orientations for over 250 employees a year. Ensured compliance with state and federal regulations concerning training and staff.
• Provided over 10,000 hours of direct training. Trained over 5,000 new employees and interns at HLW and other agencies.
• Developed and implemented a Trainer Enrichment program for agency trainers at HLW.
• Invited to speak/train at multiple colleges and organizations around Boston on supporting clients with trauma and other topics.

Greater Boston Area

• Oversaw and delivered training to the over 30 different programs of HLW. Provided organizational and client focused trainings for programs including adoption, foster care, residential treatment, group homes, in home.
• Delivered required and supplemental training to as many as 1400 current, and 400 new staff per year.
• Developed and implemented 3 major bridging’s of direct care intervention models for HLW residential and group home programs, retraining all current staff in less than 3 months.

• Provide organizational and clinical consultation for More Than Words, a youth run business for young adults involved in state systems. Consultations include business training, clinical training, and individual.
• Developed over 20 staff trainings on business and clinical topics including: Giving Feedback, Using Motivational Interviewing, Time Management, Understanding Mental Health, and Using the MBTI in Teams.
• Provided individual management and social services training for mid-level managers of the organization.
