Since August 2022, I have led and championed a team of four personnel as Quality & Operations Manager. Together, we successfully upgraded Symmetry's QMS in compliance to the newest ISO 9001:2015 requirements. I have conducted and successfully executed 7 consecutive external, surveillance ISO Quality Audits, in which minimal findings/nonconformances have been identified to be corrected.I was the first of my family to attend and graduate with a higher education from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration double-majoring in Business Management and Operations Management & Supply Chain Management as of Fall 2014. I am extremely grateful to have found a career path that embraces and applies my academic framework.I am always interested in new opportunities to encompass my educational background and demonstrate my professionalism, high attention to detail, passion for organizing, and effective communication skills.Currently, I am employed at a distributor of electronic components known as Symmetry Electronics, supervising in day-to-day operations, as well as maintaining their Quality Management System. I look forward to growing and expanding my knowledge and acquiring the skills necessary to optimize operations, as well as the flow of processes. Since 2019, working remotely has enabled my bandwidth to open and as a result, I’ve earned an additional role as a Quality Manager for Symmetry’s sister company, RFMW, who is certified to the Aerospace 9100 standards.I aspire to continue to expand my horizons in the Quality and Operations fields, in hopes to achieve autonomy, efficiency, sustainability, and most of all - positivity 😊.
