Officially an Okta employee after Okta's acquisition of Auth0. As a member of Okta's Business Technology organization I work with the People Team, Accounting/Finance, and Payroll to support the entire Okta organization by configuring Okta's Workday instance.

I was responsible for actively participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for businesses and institutions that partner with Aon Hewitt's Cloud Deployment Solutions team.

Was responsible for all HRIS activities being managed out of corporate headquarters for 10,000+ global employees across 40+ subsidiaries. Role also included systems work related to strategic partnerships and special projects. Functional areas include payroll, 401(k), health and welfare benefits, compliance training, developing a global human capital management capability, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate payroll. Strategic partnerships required me to provide leadership in developing solid core business processes that were aligned and integrated across multiple HR disciplines and diverse companies.

Functioned as a jack-of-all-trades HR partner for a small manufacturing company in the nuclear power industry. I mainly dealt with employee relations, HR systems, data analysis, training and development, compensation planning, and providing HR data analytics to managers and executives. Promoted to parent company in the HRIS Manager role.

Provided data entry and management of HRIS for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations for an employee population totaling over 2000 in 65 separate locations. Conducted weekly new hire orientations and tours for corporate employees including: new hire paperwork, company policy overview, safety training, employee handbook review, and benefits orientation.
