This role involved working with Enterprise Ireland clients to help them self evaluate where they were in terms of the Marketing and Sales strategies as compared to companies who were really successful at developing International businesses

Managed the Southeast region of Ireland covering five counties. Developed entrepreneurial programmes such as IDEAGEN and the FUSE Initiative to help develop business growth and encouraged regional development through active involvement in more than 30 boards and committees

The FUSE Initiative is a two year volunteer initiative to drive business growth on the Southeast region of Ireland. It is an entrepreneur led initiative in the reason that plans to drive business growth through the implementation of a variety of projects focused on driving business growth in the region.

Chaired the Southeast chapter of the MBA Association for three years was also a director at national level. Turned the southeast chapter into the most active chapter in the region with series of talks, site visits to companies to showcase the region.

Following the closure of Greencore in Carlow, I was brought in for two years to promote Carlow for inward investment. I developed the 'Click for Carlow' campaign which gathered stats on more than 1000 people willing to work in Carlow.

I worked to encourage economic development in a small town, Castlecomer, following the closure of its main employer. Over two years, a major tourism spot, Castlecomer Discovery Park was developed, the Enterprise Centre and new businesses were developed.
