- Assist Planners in the program's daily tasks.- Use TRAX to review, monitor, and create maintenance schedules for planes.- Run, review, and file critical maintenance reports for daily, weekly, 10-day, and 30-day periods.- Update Google Doc project lists.- Review and update an 8-day excel maintenance spreadsheet.- Prepare and edit PowerPoints.- Review and revise the General Manual for the Maintenance Planning Team prior to audit.- Call maintenance stations to verify maintenance compliance.- Notify maintenance stations of any changes to daily workload.- E-mail maintenance stations requested documents when necessary.- Communicate with supply vendors to ensure availability of parts for scheduled maintenance.- Assist with recurring and non-recurring projects.- Assist Engineers with entering and validating data in TRAX for the new maintenance program.

- Design print and marketing materials to promote the Summer Sessions program.- Provide outreach to students through tabling events and e-mail correspondences.- Assist in office responsibilities, including phone calls and e-mails.- Participate in formulating marketing strategies with staff.
