Worked closely with the newly hired CEO and other executives to streamline the overall operation. My roles expanded to managing the client services department, continuing to manage the overseas team of over 20, while still handling all the SEO/PPC operations of the company.

As a partner and a member of the founding team, built the internet marketing team from scratch and hired and trained dozens of people to run different aspects of company operations (HR, SEO/PPC, go live process, customer support, internal workflow, etc). Also managed the company finances, was involved with key business strategies, managed the engineering team in different times, and provided key insights to help the company go from ground zero to profitability in less than a year (Inc. Magazine ranked Zurple #33 on their August 2013 list of the fastest growing private companies in America).
