Encompass all business decisions both financial and future business actions. Responsible for coordination of projects with American Physician Housecalls including research, Accountable Care Organization liaison, and grant development.

Managed rehab staff, worked with MDS coordinator to maximize tiles, Liaison between rehab staff and Medical Director, manage PPS. Maximized buildings earning potential with in the 1st 4 months of employment.

Assisted in the successful re-Accreditation of the COTA program. Responsible instructing both level 1 & 2 students. Subjects taught: Intro to OT, Advanced Treatment Practices, Modalities, Therapeutic Activities.

Designed Day program including aquatic/land program, weekly community outings, weekly diabetic cooking classes, & safe driver screens. Organized 4th of July Patient Golf Tournament, taught aquatic therapy, in charge of patient satisfaction committee and QI (quality initiative) reporting.

Adjunct instructor 1 semester teaching COTA students therapeutic modalities.
