Integration and Test Lead for the C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Systems (MATS) ProgramResponsibilities include testing of C-130J flight systems, ensuring requirements are baselined, tracked, maintained and verified, as well as understanding Customer and Lockheed Martin programmatic needs and assisting in turning requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints, solving hardware/software interface issues/problems and accurately projecting engineering resource requirements (people, tools, processes, etc.).

• Technical Lead for several training simulators, working closely with all functions of the team to ensure technical and schedule goals are met which contributes to millions of dollars in milestone payments for the program.• Responsible for the development and management of program plans for the C-130J programs.• Lead/Cognizant Engineer of the Computer Aided Assessment System (CAAS) for the JMATS II program.• Supports several testing events (Customer Verification Testing (CVT), Hardware/Software Integration (HSI), Onsite Acceptance Testing (OSAT)) and physical configuration audits (PCAs) for several training devices at various military bases. • Communicates and builds relationships with customers and subcontractors, working closely to exceed expectations and commitments ensuring a sound product is delivered. • Supports and presents program data at Program Reviews focusing on driving solutions into the product baseline through solicitation of stakeholder buy-in. • Requirements Manager experience.• Risk Management experience.
