As the Senior Director of the Training & Development Team at IMB, I lead a team of professionals who design, deliver, and support learning and transformational training programs and resources for over 3,000 missionaries, staff, and churches. My mission is to serve others by helping them think creatively and grow intentionally in their personal and professional journeys.With more than 15 years of experience in education and leadership, I have developed a passion and a skill for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I have also cultivated a strong network of relationships and partnerships with various stakeholders, including schools, churches, and organizations, to support the vision and goals of the IMB.
