I’m Molly McMichael, and my professional journey embodies resilience, adaptability, and a strong entrepreneurial drive. Despite initially charting a course towards a medical career, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and preparring for the MCAT, I was faced with the realization that my true passion lay in innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking a leap of faith, I embarked on a new trajectory, diving headfirst into the world of start-up ventures where I managed overseas manufacturing for multiple early-stage companies. 
My expertise lies in navgiating the dynamic landscape of start-up environments, where I’ve honed my ability to provide leadership and structure to nascent projects. Proficient in platforms such as Asana, Clickup, Google, and Microsoft, I am well-equipped to manage diverse project portfolios.
I have extensive experience in managing cross-continental teams of engineers in both China and the US, serving as the linchpin between teams and playing a pivotal role in international problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.While my recent focus has been on international supply chain management and logistics, my roots are in the biological sciences and my affinity for the medical field remain strong. I am eager to explore various industries and opportunities where I can leverage my multifaceted skill set that I have cultivated over the past decade.
