As the Senior Vice-President of JCM Associates, Mike McReady leads a team of project management professionals dedicated to excellence in the mechanical and plumbing trade. With three decades of experience, Mike has successfully managed up to $600M in active work, overseeing some of the largest mechanical projects in the Washington, DC area, with individual project values ranging from $15M to $180M. He is a nationally certified HVAC and plumbing instructor, having taught apprenticeships through the local chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. Mike is also a frequent speaker at industry events, including The Procore Groundbreak, and regularly speaks at local events with general contractors, teaches at various schools, and volunteers his support for county small business development programs. With a strong passion for mentoring, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of construction executives. In his free time, he is passionate about his faith, his wife Misty, his two children, Autumn and Brandon, health and fitness, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling.
