Working to improve the ASOS search experience with deep learning. After successfully presenting interim results from the first 3 months of the project, my role has pivoted towards supporting MSc students continuing the research until August 2022.

Six week internship working under Dr Nicolas Labrosse modelling Filaments in the Solar Chromosphere, graciously funded by The Carnegie Trust. Using Python to alter the Stockholm Inversion Code amongst others to find a best-fit model atmosphere for filament eruptions to probe energy transfer mechanisms in Chromosphere. I intend to take this further and implement Machine learning to alleviate CPU duress for my final year MSci project

Working under the supervision of Dr Nicolas Labrosse, explored spectral emission of solar prominences to deduce chemical composition and dynamic parameters of PCTR plasma. This composition was presented as line spectra and further work will be required in fitting Gaussians to these spectra to model their corresponding plasma parameters.
