Working on assignments that are complex in nature and requires judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems or develop recommended solutions. 8. Taking ownership of each project and work towards resolution of the issue/requirement fulfilment. 9. Acting quickly to resolve customer issues in a way that retains trust and maintains delight with the organization. 10. Demonstrating Customer Oriented Responsiveness.
