As a Hess Execution Team Lead, I was responsible for everyday construction activities on multiple, diverse projects. My role is to ensure that the Execution Team is given a project work package that is complete with construction and industry standard drawings and documents. My Team is responsible for delivering a project on schedule and on a targeted budget.

My time here was spent in a Superintendent roll Managing Structural Steel; All Civil and Foundations; Heavy Equipment Sets and Deliveries; Vessel, Equipment and Pipe Insulation. Due to the Financial Agreement to the contractor on this project, I was also closely responsible for Tracking Contractor Progress in terms of Units. Previous position was a Field Execution Lead for Hess on Well Factory Team. Engage in Mechanical and E/I Superintendent's Daily Activities as well Manage Facility Execution from Construction Start to Turnover to Oppperations. Worked closely with personell from all Functions of Hess Including: Civil Construction, Drilling, Completions, Hess Quality Assurance, and Hess Operations to assure a Quality Site Facility was turned over Timely. Pre-2012, I worked under the Hess Maintenance / Operations Team. Was primarily assigned to the Commissioning Group which was responsible for the acceptance of Well Pads from Construction to Operations. Pressure tested, purged, and 'ran-in' all site specialty component valves and pumps

Having worked for Hess Corporation in some form or fashion since February of 2013, I have been in several different diverse positions. Roughly half of this work time experience was on Well Factory and Facilities Construction. The other half of this work time experience was spent on larger Infrastructure and Midstream Projects. Mechanical Piping and Structural Steel had been the major background. On all Hess Construction Projects, direct oversight, and Management of divers Craft Constructors was a responsibility, with Project Turnover on schedule being the major focus.

As a Professional Outdoor Adventure Guide, I worked for a Licensed Montana State Outfitter who offered Hunting and Fishing Adventures in the North West Montana area. We targeted remote Float and Fly Fishing Adventures as well as Black Bear, Elk, and Deer Hunting Trips. Since remote locations were the objective, we utilized Horse and Pack Mules for access on all of our adventures. Wether we were transporting Guest Clients or Gear, we relied on Livestock to get us to the Desired Adventure!
