Assist in the oversight of three 36-hole public and private golfing facilities. Prepare field of play for the 2014 SHELL HOUSTON OPEN at the Golf Club of Houston, to the specifications of the PGA, and within the given financial budget parameters. This was a full charge position, which includes, but is not limited to; new owner acquisition transition, re-staffing, budget preparation, sub-contract augmentation, accounts payable coding and tracking, high stress tournament coordination, and equipment management. Golf Club of Houston’s 250 acre facility was primarily comprised of Tiff Sport fairways, Tiff Eagle greens, and Mini-Verde Greens. Prepare field of play for the 2013 ACCENTURE WORLD GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP at Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona. This is a 27 hole facility which required; new ownership acquisition transitional work, re-staffing, budget preparation, equipment evaluations, meeting tournament timelines, and PGA/Accenture course condition expectations. The 150 acre facility at Dove Mountain was comprised of Tiff 419 fairways and Bent Grass greens.

Conceptualized and created this incorporated business, based upon the demographic information that was collected from the area. Prepared and designed all business systems, networking, and infrastructure, including; web site design, marketing tools, customer detailed design studio, office space and systems, equipment purchases and financing, accounts payables, accounts receivables, net 30 forecasting weekly, contract creation, contract procurement, sub-contract agreements, sub-contract networking, local and federal tax filings, liability insurance reports and filings, worker compensation reports and filings, financial report and proforma preparation for banking and lending institutions, cash flow management, and general business operational supervision and direction.

Managed an 18-hole facility in Phoenix area, while assisting with housing development plans to build home around golf course, which would include a new course design. This duty required; budget preparation and tracking, oversight of facilities, working with engineering team on re-routing of golf course, employee management, equipment management, and meeting customer expectations while maintaining the given budget parameters. Oversight and consulting of two golf courses in Colorado Springs and the on-site management of an 18-hole golf course in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ownership also required many new acquisition field assignments which entailed; mock budget preparation, capital expense evaluations, and general financial potential evaluations of golf properties throughout the United States.

Paradise Valley, Arizona

Management of an 18-hole facility, located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. This resort style golf course was host to 45,000 to 65,000 rounds of golf per year, which were comprised of many corporate outings and events. The duties of this property included; budget preparation, employee management, employee training, equipment management, precise scheduling, and general oversight of the 130 acre property. Stonecreek was comprised of Common Bermuda fairways and Bent Grass greens.

Scottsdale, Arizona

Manage 18 holes private, consisting of Bent Grass greens, 419 tees, fairways, and roughs. New construction, annual over-seeding, and remodeling of course with beautification projects throughout. Hosted PGA event (Bob Simons Ping Pro Scratch). Troon Country Club was rated top ten courses in the nation during my time there.
