Serving as a technical consultant, I developed innovative approaches to sales pitches through VR technology resulting in companies gaining a competitive advantage. Here, I grew business by nurturing a strong product line, positioning company as a key player in Asian market. I led sales meetings in several countries across Asia, increased revenue by $1M USD and profit margin by over 70% on software license and installation cost. I also steered a MGM-IPTV server deployment and installation and ensured full compliance with Macau security standards. Additionally, I directed a project to launch new infrastructure and network connectivity in hotel management group in Bali. I also handled the site survey and feasibility check for IPTV integration over legacy Gpon Network in location in Thailand.

As a network integration engineer, I developed and customized an IBM Tivoli network monitoring and visualization system in collaboration with team. Applying leadership skills, I enhanced the knowledge and skills of 12 NOC agents through training and coaching as well as delivered presentation of solution. I delivered level-two support for network and system as well as supported continuous improvement initiatives through incident analysis to improve customer care escalation and expedite resolution time by 15%. I also co-project managed, installed, and configured Wi-Fi of Disneyland Paris based on Ruckus for Wi-Fi and Linux running Dell servers for Access Controller as well as SonicWall Load Balancer with overall budget of €800K; I delivered the project on schedule within eight months and led a team of 15 individuals.
