My thesis "Expressio​n in a stressful situation: analysis of the marine diatom Thalassios​ira under phosphorus limitation​, iron limitation and colimitati​on" examined the physiological and transcriptional effect of nutrient limitation on the marine diatoms Thalassiosira pseudonana, Thalassiosira rotula and Ditylum brightwellii.
