I have served in a variety of roles in the senior living industry and am dedicated to a person-centered approach to care. Each person is a story and I seek to honor that in my everyday work.Although I chose not to complete a formal degree, I am proud of my professional journey. Compulsively curious and always seeking to advance best practices, I’m constantly on the lookout for ways to improve. Having worked with countless senior citizens over the years, I’ve sat in the classrooms of their wisdom and studied in the halls of their experience. I am thankful for this real-world education and grateful for the people who have enriched me with their stories.An insightful leader, I have found my greatest successes in transforming organizational cultures, coaching and supporting employees, and collaborating with others.
