In 2023, over 1500 employees participated in our Career Pathway Program with 111 employees promoted.• Orchestrated the redevelopment of a three-month on-the-job paid training program for people with barriers to gain employment in retail.• Spearheaded the transformation of Community Employment Centers from resource sites to training centers for community job seekers. Participants enrolled in the centers received training in resume building, interview skills, communication and conflict management, and computer basics.• Expanded the Learning and Development team and led them in the continual evaluation, development, and delivery of the Career Pathway program.
