Promoted to a newly created position for SaaS company operating in the United States and India in December 2021. Reported to the President & CFO; hired and oversaw Human Resources (HR) team of four; responsible for Learning & Development, Recruiting and Employee Relations functions; consistently monitored legal updates to support staff residing in states including California, Illinois, and New York; created programs and procedures that scaled with the company’s rapid growth and IPO preparations. Developed and implemented a flexible performance management framework aligned with a rapidly evolving SaaS company. Cultivated a culture of ongoing feedback and coaching to drive employee engagement and performance.

Hired to a new position and reported to the CCO, built the Learning and Development (L&D) Team, developed an enterprise onboarding program for all new hires, partnered with key stakeholders in the company to determine training needs and gather feedback on training solutions, created a sales training program consisting of live and asynchronous training, delivered training on recruiting best practices for People Managers, and other vital training offerings to support a rapidly changing business. Utilized adult learning principles to maximize knowledge retention and engagement. Assessed, selected, and implemented Learning Management System (LMS) specific to Inxeption employees' needs and preferences for training delivery. The LMS selected allowed SMEs to author content, provided practice scenarios for employees along with receiving quick feedback on those scenarios, and easy data collection to record and report on L&D KPIs.

Reported to EVP of Property Management and Leasing, oversaw and assessed onboarding experience for Field Team, determined gaps in understanding and engaged SME’s to deliver applicable learning for largest division of the company. Collaborated with senior leadership to drive a company-wide culture shift, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Leveraged the Disney Institute's expertise to develop and implement engaging programs to deliver content, built the core customer service principles into all company trainings and meetings to drive adoption and understanding, which led to increased tenant retention and satisfaction, and overall building occupancy. Developed, tested, and implemented online training on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Unconscious Bias for enterprise employees; attended live trainings on DE&I and reported key concepts to Senior Leadership Team. Partnered with Ventas HR and IT Teams to select a replacement LMS for enterprise use. Led efforts to ensure historical user data and transcripts were successfully transferred upon go-live, led efforts regarding user acceptance testing (UAT), and was a system administrator for the LMS. This implementation allowed for employees to access content to assist with their development through an integration with LinkedIn Learning, quick delivery of eLearning content to various teams, and data collection on key training metrics.

Reported to the COO, built budget, hired and oversaw Training Department for the enterprise consisting of Training Manager, Training Consultants, and Training Coordinator across five locations, reported on department KPI's, aligned department with company goals and provided development and coaching for Training staff.

Provided learning solutions, which included managing Sales Representative trainees, Employee Onboarding, Operations Management, and Ongoing Learning and Development programs for the largest transportation division of CH Robinson. Selected to join a nine person committee consisting of VP’s, branch managers and HR personnel to develop an enterprise new hire training program. Provided systems training and support to branches in South America and Europe.

Responsible for training of all new sales employees during their first five weeks with the Chicago Central branch. Placed new hires into their sales branch directly from their training class.
