Role: • Meet customers to understand their product requirements.• Analyze client-specified problems with developers to develop software solutions that fulfill operational requirements.• Track programmers backlog and ensure they meet deadlines.• Set prioritization of module testing.• Oversee teamwork and assign different testing tasks to my teammates.• Support product rollouts.• Train customers on how to use our products. • Support customers physically or virtually after product rollout.
