Engineering Responsibilities - Tool & Die Design Manager (Approving raw material selection, approving hardness and surface treatment, Strip Layout or Product Tree and Evaluating Die Design with Computer Aid Approving for R&D Department and CAD Dept. for Various Die Types 1. Sheet Metal Dies (Blanking Die, Piercing Dies, Progressive Dies, Transfer Dies, Compound Dies, Etc...).2. Die Casting Dies (Zamac and Aluminum Die Casting Die Design).3. Plastic Injection Mold (Cold runner, hot runner, thermoset, thermoform, etc...)- Tool & Die Dept. Follow up Projects under process to be within scheduled time, support for machining sequence and required technical data for CNC Machining- Responsible for CNC Machines follow up and solving control or machine errors while production and maintain required consumable spare parts in stock.- CNC Machine and Control Experience in 1. Fanuc Wire Cut Alpha 1C, With Control (Fanuc 16W).2. Deckel Maho DMG Group Vertical Milling Machine DMC 1035v with Control (Heidenhein iTNC 530). with Measuring Probe and Tool Presetter Renishow.3. Wood Router Jinan Ganger, With Control (Siemens 808D). 4. Lico Automatic Turning Lathe LNC 42, One Spindle, With Control (Siemens 810D). 5. Lico Automatic Turning Lathe LNT36, Spindle and Sub Spindle Life Tool X&Z, With Control (Siemens 840D). 6.
