Analyzed the operations of the Corporate departments of Sales, Finance, Production Planning & Supply Chain and worked on models incorporating LME Metal Prices, trade & taxation treaties including CEPA, Incor Shipping Terms, Metal Hedging and fulfilling client satisfaction through quality products and timely delivery.Prepared extrusion dies and performed pre-& post utilization treatment to ensure extrusion quality.Inspected finished extrusions to meet Quality Control and Assurance practices and analyzed results using 5-Why’s and Fish Bone analysis methods.Oversaw daily plant machinery maintenance with Maintenance Team, its planning and scheduling in coordination with Production Team’s timetable and upkeep of critical spare parts and other inventory.Inspected staff in cutting & packaging, enforcing quality control and packaging standards and requirements.
