I started in telecom product management for the developmental opportunity, and stayed in product management for the challenge of solving customer problems - whether they're global enterprises, wholesale/carrier or public sector. I've been entrusted with managing and growing strategic product families generating over $750m in annual revenue, as well as launching new services starting from scratch. I've even had the unique challenge of shutting down an established legacy service platform and managing the migration of the entire customer base to a new service - all while upselling and growing the business in the process.Coaching individual product managers, and mentoring and developing junior managers, has been an added bonus. I've been lucky to work with some great people, constantly learn, have a bunch of really cool (and a few challenging) work experiences, and hopefully delight some customers along the way.
