National Sales Training Coordinator
Current- Reports directly to VP of Sales. Works closely as a consultant on all things pertaining to training logistics, how training can be improved, and what needs to happen in order for the improvements to take place.- Ambassador for Sales Training Team, negotiates contracts and deals within and outside of the company.- Develops and maintains the logistical side of STEP1 Training: a 10 day sales training program. 40 New Hires from across the US fly to Fort Worth, TX to participate each month.- Develops and maintains the logistical side of all one-off Sales Trainings. These are smaller trainings that sporadically occur throughout the nation on an as-needed basis.- Creates materials for every facet of logistical needs as it pertains to Sales Training.- Communicates all logistics regarding Sales Training to all leadership positions across 90 centers as needed.- Maintains working relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, AP, IT, and all Sales Leadership to ensure best possible New Hire experience.- Collaborates with Travel Agents, Shuttle Services, Caterers, and other third party vendors across the nation to ensure smooth and comfortable experiences for New Hires.- Manages projects that focus on improving training quality and minimizing attrition, including budget review and headcount decisions for the year. These projects are in collaboration with VP of Sales and Division Sales Management Team.- Collaborates with trainers to write and edit content for STEP1 Training.- Facilitates a professional environment that allows for a scalable model and the ability to plan months ahead, while still remaining flexible according to the company’s hiring needs.
