● Leads and oversees GWD team members in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of NDI’s gender and inclusion programs in collaboration with local partners, in-house experts and external experts and advisors.● Manages USG-funded multi-country gender and inclusion programs of +1 million focused on women's leadership in LGBTQI+ movements, risk assessments and safety planning for women in politics in all their diversity. • Gathered and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data through a mixed-methods and inductive methodological approach as part of a five-year project examining gender roles, perceptions and expectations at a teacher's college in Dar es Salaam Tanzania• Designed survey questions building on baseline research, distributed survey to 400 students and used STATA to analyze quantitative data from student responses• Conducted interviews and focus groups with students, staff and faculty to gain qualitative data on gender, perception and experience of student challenges to educational success, retention and completion and institutional support systems• Used inductive research methods and analysis to identify gender norms and narratives that may affect the perception of female students and their ability to persist in their studies.
