Senior Underwriting Manager
Current• Manage the underwriting/onboarding department.• Collect, review and analyze an applicant’s relevant history and records.• Obtain additional information about a merchant to determine risk level.• Determine if applicant can be approved for merchant account based information provided.• Review junior underwriter's accounts for accuracy and risk level• Assists the Deployment Department.• Track and document the entire onboarding process (including underwriting)• Assists sale agents with merchant submissions.• Familiar with many of Fiserv’s internal systems: (Accessone, FDPOS, MSC, Clientline, Clover, SCW).• Orders credit card terminals from vendors and tracks inventory. Maintains strong business relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for all equipment within the company.• Downloads, repairs, and processes all credit card terminals.• Provides technical support for field reps and merchants.• Compiles Excel reports; creates extensive department organizational charts and business process flow charts.• Oversees all data entry through the CRM program for applications submitted by sales reps.• Maintains the highest standard of quality for responses on all merchants’ operation-related topics.• Collaborates closely with multiple Micamp departments with the objective to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects, reports, and communications.
