Member of Engagement & Experience competence centre's Product team.Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of business solutions through their entire lifecycle - from conception to delivery. - Work with ~15 engineers from multiple agile teams to optimize teams and individuals to deliver the best quality software that furthers company goals- Responsible for the quality of the Next Generation Emergency Services 911 Solutions (PSAP, ESInet), from Solution Test architecture to end-user quality- Provide guidelines on the Test Strategy of the NG911 Solution Test activities- Verify lab components that need to be used in Solution Test activities- Support on NG911 customer onsite - after deployment phase (U.S.) and Specification Analysis & Gap Analysis for new customers (U.S.) - pre deployment phase- Drive the hiring process for the team- Act as a mentor giving feedback, coaching, assist on personal career development and building culture- Set and supervise expectations, evaluating performance, including team input

Support the Solution Test team responsible for the NG911 Solution testing, working in the Agile framework (team's capacity varies, depending on project needs from 3 to 10 team members):- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies/ meetings and NG911 Solution Testing demonstrations.- Communicate the requirements/updates with involved departments/teams, including 3rd party products (OSV, SBC, OSV Assistant, Gemma).- Provide projections to Management based on team's estimations, velocity and track burn-down metrics.- Manage and communicate the status of active and pending issues on testing to Management Team on a regular basis, including PMO and development teams.- Escalate functional, quality and timeline issues and follow through to resolution.- Protect Solution Test team from outside distractions and impediments, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.- Technically participate to the team as test engineer, responsible for the solution's performance and other technical tasks, on which team needs coaching and assistance.Tool used: Jira Agile

- Lead the efforts to resolve lingering performance issues reported on customers.- Design, plan and execute the test strategy, regarding product's (OSV) new features and performance. Automate regression tests. Tools used: Test Suite Manager, Jenkins, Python.- Deliver thorough QA testing reports that determined product quality and release readiness.- Provide in-depth analysis on massive amounts of data, help identify/ investigate performance and functional problems, verify system's stability and scalability, perform analysis on network traffic, throughput and utilization (memory, CPU, etc), collect and analyze ESXtop data on virtualized environments. Report bugs and flaws as well as test progress and results.- Identify improvements regarding the product's end-to-end performance.

Develop and maintain tests, understanding performance from a customer impact perspective and maintain a deep understanding of dynamic and evolving nature of Unified Communications' and applications' (facade server, google fusion/gapps) delivery. Provide in-depth analysis on massive amounts of data, help identify/ investigate performance problems, verify system's stability and scalability, perform analysis on network traffic, throughput and utilization (memory, CPU, etc). Tools used: Skunk, Husim, HP Load Runner, simclientsip/ IPSL, working mainly on virtual environments.Also, develop and execute automation tests, simulating UC testcases, by simulating http connections on a web-based application. Tools used: blazemeter, jmeter.
