I am excited to be able to offer 3 day SharePoint/Office 365 Training. I have wanted to do this for years because I felt that the classes I had attended either make SharePoint so unreachable or didn't give me real world examples of how I could use SharePoint to make my work easier. Working with Auptimal, we will begin offering these classes in May in Genesee ColoradoSome of the feedback that I have received that I am most proud of from a colleague: “She can compete intensely to deliver results, but never at the cost of quality or her ethics.”

I was the Service Owner(Program Manager) for Internal Collaboration across the enterprise. The service used the following enterprise applications: SharePoint2010, Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms. Additionally the service leveraged Box and Yammer.I provided adoption support for the enterprise by offering classes, blogs, one-on-one consulting with staff in a geographically diverse working environment in the development of SharePoint Sites and Nintex Workflow.I was Site Owner Workstream Lead for $5.2M project to upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010, including communications with over 4,000 site owners on an enterprise system with greater than 25,000 SharePoint sites. Our successful migration from SP2007 to SP2010 is one of my proudest career moments. I had the opportunity to work with the most powerful team I have ever been privileged to be a part of and accomplish a major upgrade to our enterprise offering, One of the success measures that I felt most proud of with this upgrade was that we were able to end hypercare early. What this told me was that we were successful in preparing our site owners for the changes that were coming.

Provided Business Analyst support to the Colorado site and to global Operations function for SharePoint. This support included providing training to greater than 400 people in 6 months when starting the role. Assisting staff with the development of SharePoint sites using primarily OOTB SharePoint capabilities. Provided Business Analyst support on SharePoint projects being developed by outside consultants. I was also responsible for the replacement and decommissioning of older technologies with more up to date offering. This activity included full requirements gathering and the evaluation of options for our business partners.

I think one of the things that surprised me about working in Learning & Development was the immense requirements of the federal agencies to provide training and the accurate recording of that training. Part of my responsibilities in L&D included being the site PM for an upgrade project to provide better tracking using LMS (Learning Management Systems). It was a fascinating process, because it wasn't just the PM work, but also aligning business practices across multiple sites. The other major thing that happened during this time was when my manager asked me to learn this "New" tool we had been given - SharePoint. Very quickly I realized the different things that SharePoint could provide us and worked to bring it into the daily life of my team.

Provided project management for two projects within the Process Development portion of the company. Both projects involved multiple sites and included outside vendors. In one project I was initially the site PM, but transitioned to the global PM. It was a great team of scientific minds working together to accomplish important work for the company. I especially enjoyed facilitating large meetings to review the scientific data. When the projects started, I really didn't understand what they were doing, but by the end, I can say I now know much more about the science behind Amgen's products.
I provided Tier 3 support for the board test systems from Agilent. I also developed support products for the board test systems, including developing a support offering for companies that had purchased our products off of the secondary market. I developed a testing methodology for our software update process that all but eliminated the spike in support calls traditionally associated with software updates.

I started at HP as a Clean Room Associate in the Integrated Circuit Fab. I then progressed through a number of positions in the Engineering support organization for the IC Fab. I did failure analysis and developed a program to train clean room associates to take over some engineering tasks to free up time for the engineers. I eventually moved into Quality, where I developed a lab tracking system that resulted in qualifications successfully completing on time and in budget.
