I have wanted to do this for years because I felt that the classes I had attended either make SharePoint so unreachable or didn't give me real world examples of how I could use SharePoint to make my work easier. I then progressed through a number of positions in the Engineering support organization for the IC Fab. I did failure analysis and developed a program to train clean room associates to take over some engineering tasks to free up time for the engineers. I eventually moved into Quality, where I developed a lab tracking system that resulted in qualifications successfully completing on time and in budget.
