Had Level 1 and Level 2 teams report to me any problematic tickets they were unable to resolve. Designed and built Citrix 7.6 environments. Performed an upgrade and replacement of Netscaler 7500 ADC’s to a newer Netscaler SDX 14020 DMZ and internal setup. Level 3 Windows Administrator: managed over 1200 servers and VM’s. Worked fluently with Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012 R2 Platforms. Completed software and hardware updates along with troubleshooting issues with servers. Worked with monitoring systems to maintain stability within the environment, and completed tasks requested by departments for upgrades to servers/hardware. Data Center Administrator: performed routine maintenance such as server updates, equipment installs, cleaning, server and connection audits, and maintaining fabric runs and switches. Citrix Administrator architect for the entire Citrix environment. Netscaler ADC, Xenapp, and Xendesktop administrator. Maintained 99% uptime of the environment, updated with hotfixes and patching.
