In the fall of 2000 and opportunity came up to purchase a failed dot-com company in Sunnyvale, California name TiferFly.After purchasing the company I moved Delta back from Sunnyvale, California to Barberton, Ohio. In the first three months I, along with my first employee Shane, completely re-wrote the software system. During this time Delta lost no clients and went from a state of having constant problems with customers to having no problems.Under my leadership and vision revenue has grown by nearly 2,000 percent and Delta has been profitable every year. During this growth period Delta went from three employees (me, Shane, and Sean) to over fifty employees prior to the recession.During the recession, from 2008 through 2015, I shifted the development focus to automation and more new product development. Because of this focus Delta now operates at record revenue and profits with only 30 employees.Currently, and into 2019, the entire Delta Team is working on a host of new features and functionality to continue helping them run their businesses more efficiently with higher profits.

Miracom Design was created as a web design company to help corporations launch web sites and bring large product catalogues to the digital age. The primary client was a manufacturing and engineering client with around 100,000 products. During this time I pioneered automation systems to automate moving 100,000 products, including specifications, part numbers, descriptions and images into web accessible databases by converting their print catalogue files through automated software processes written by me. Through this automation I was able to acquire large corporations, typically in the $10 to $200-million dollar range, by being able to undercut other firms competing for their business. However, I was able to make significantly higher profit margins than my competition through my software automation.In the late 1990’s I pioneered and built what I believe is the first web site template engine of its kind. Utilizing my web site template engine I was able to completely re-design and re-launch large web sites of any size, with an unlimited number of pages, in a matter of minutes. It was this technology that eventually became Delta Media Group’s web site template engine.In early 2000, I made plans to hire my first employee and move Miracom into a new office space. I found my first employee and office space right at the time when the opportunity to purchase Delta Media Group came up.After purchasing Delta, Miracom continued to run and it still has a handful of clients today.

What is known as Secure Data 365 today began in late 2006.I wanted to get out of the hosting business for our servers at Delta. After an extensive search process no suitable datacenter was available to us in Northeast Ohio. So, the process begun for not only building a new office building but to start-up a datacenter in Canton, Ohio.After discussing my ideas with my business partners it was agreed upon that we would start the project. So, Secure Data 365 (aka Data4726) was officially born.In December 2017 I successfully exited SecureData 365 to focus on new endeavors.

After leaving Ernie’s Bicycle Shop I took a full time position as Youth Pastor at Calvary Bible Church. During my time I was responsible for overseeing youth ministries between 6th and 12th grade. During my two years I was responsible for vacation bible school, youth sports outreach ministry, overseeing senior high ministry leaders, leading the junior high (6th-8th) ministry, leading junior high discipleship programs, and major youth outreach programs every other month.During my time as Youth Pastor, by the grace of God, the youth ministry grew from a dozen children to over 200 active children. When I started in 1996 there were a handful of junior high children attending Sunday morning service and when I left in 1998 there were typically between 60 and 100 junior high children in attendance in class on Sunday mornings. This growth was through God's using me and leading the children to the biblical principals of having them grow in their faith and reach out to their piers and for them to be effective for the Gospel of Christ within their homes, schools and circle of friends.During my time as Youth Pastor I also helped automate computer systems at the church.I left in 2008 to pursue a full time technology career.

During high school I worked part time at Ernie’s Bicycle Shop. A few months after graduation I was made Store Manager of the North Canton location. During my time as Manager of Ernie’s in North Canton I was responsible for growing the location’s revenue by nearly 500% to just under $1,000,000 per year. During this time I was given additional responsibilities for ordering and stocking multiple product lines for all four store locations. During my time as Manager I was able to streamline the product cycles, improve efficiency of repair management and when I left Ernie’s the North Canton location had the highest revenue and the highest profit margins of all locations. I left Ernie’s to go into full time ministry work at Calvary Bible Church in Green, Ohio.

In high school I began writing software commercially. This passion started with a passion for computers and programming while I was in sixth grade. I credit my father for this passion and my continued passion for learning. He was a self-taught MIS Manager that headed the development of the software that ran Manchester Tool Company up until the time he left to help the parent company run, re-organize, and make profitable other manufacturing companies it had acquired.My passion continued to grew as I programmed for fun through junior high and into high school. In high school I started developing software for small business franchises to handle payroll, invoicing, and reporting under the Claris Solutions Alliance Program. During this time I successfully developed and deployed stand alone software to work alongside QuickBooks that helped small businesses run their business and perform sales reporting back to the franchise. This software helped small business owners run more efficient and focus their time on growing their core business. I sold this business to focus on running Ernie’s Bicycle Shop.
