Key Responsibilities :• Planning of raw material & packing material purchases and ensuring timely deliveries for uninterrupted operations.• Keep updated Internal stock report & Prepare LC & local purchase item planning based on stock.• Source material & survey market as per demand/ purchase requisition & planning.• Collect rate quotation from suppliers, negotiation with supplier for best competitive price and lead time.• Prepare comparative statement and collect approval from management and process purchase orders as per the requirements. • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items from suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to inventory Just in Time.• Collect PI, Preparing & filling up of LC application, forwarding letter, LCAF form to open LC for raw material as per planned schedule, send draft to suppliers for checking and request bank to do needful correction as per suppliers’ requirements. • Follow up import shipment, co-ordinate with C&F agents. • Co-ordinate with accounts department and arrange for custom duty to release import goods.• Communicate with various transport company and vehicle program provide to C&F agent.• Sourcing & developing new suppliers of raw material for achieving highest level of cost benefit for the company.• Co-ordinate with accounts & arrange bill for local suppliers.• Timely updating all data related with supply chain management in the system. • Compiling all relevant documents, and providing the documents to the preservation team for further usage.

• Updating monthly schedule to buyers and factory.• Making buyer wise stuffing plan and follow up with Chattogram office• Communicate with CFS & shipping lines.• Communicate with overseas partners for sea & air shipment approval.• Ocean Cargo booking, making BL (Sea & Air) and SI submit to carrier.• Prepare Debit-credit note and Invoice to local clients and overseas.• Import manifest submission.• Closely follow up all shipment from loading to deliver to consignee at destination.• Submit monthly shipment report to management • Market visit to collect sales lead information for Export-Import.
