CurrentAs a Senior Customer Success Manager, I work along side our customers to assist with their business goals, resolve issues, plan for future growth, and identify cost saving opportunities. I am responsible for ensuring customers are engaged, happy and understand how they can achieve the most value from the products and services Insurity offers. I strive to be an advocate and voice of each customer. For exceptional customer experiences, it is imperative that I listen to understand our customer’s business needs while facilitating product adoption and onboarding to ensure their retention as a valued customer.
