Accurately interpreting client’s requests and produce necessary documents.Supervision and follow up of the design process from concepts to development.Preparing final technical documentation.Attending and coordinating design office general meetings.Responding to any concerns or questions that arise from either clients or contractors and provide quick responses and effective solutions.Responsible for hiring, training and developing team members.Communicating regularly with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. to ensure proper expectations are set and defined.Follow up with potential clients.in addition to planning preliminary meetings with prospects.
