I have substantial expertise in the field of insolvency law and specialises in distressed companies. I work with all aspects of Danish bankruptcy and restructuring law. I also advise clients on steps to be taken in connection with insolvent customers etc.I am experienced in secured transactions, including how to obtain a position as secured creditor.I am member of the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers, a certified insolvency lawyer, a member of the international association International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and a board member and co-founder of the Scandinavian association, Scandinavian Women’s Insolvency Confederation.
