In my previous jobs as a research director, corporate communication and human resource manager, advisory on political issues and journalist editor, I have carried out expert tasks with certain independence and responsibility and I have very often had the opportunity to learn the whole process of work. I could carry out certain tasks, organize the process of work in my field and make appropriate decisions regarding the choice of a team and the assignments they were to do. I have a twenty year experience and the one in AD Macedonian Telecommunications (T-Home), Ministry of defense and Macedonian Radio and Television, especially enabled me to use my expert knowledge and contribute with my work in the success of the companies I have worked at. This also increased my confidence and my professional relation towards the work, my colleagues and the people from other institutions I collaborate with. I have communication skills that I use in my work such as, participation in electronic media (debates or interviews), taking part in press conference and seminars.
